Obituary
The faithful love of the Lord never ends! His mercies never cease. Great is his faithfulness; his mercies begin afresh each morning. I say to myself, “The Lord is my inheritance; therefore, I will hope in him! The Lord is good to those who depend on him, to those who search for him. So it is good to wait quietly for salvation from the Lord. For no one is abandoned by the Lord forever. Though he brings grief, he also shows compassion because of the greatness of his unfailing love. For he does not enjoy hurting people or causing them sorrow. Lamentations 3:22-26, 31-33
It is with great sadness that we announce the earthly transition of Mrs. Betty Henegan, who entered into eternal rest on Saturday, July 15, 2023 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.
A service celebrating her life will commence on Saturday, July 22, 2023 at 1:00 PM at J.W. Turlington School, Raeford, North Carolina.
A viewing and visitation will be held at Doby Funeral Home on Friday, July 21, 2023 from 1:00 PM until 5:00 PM.
Interment will follow at the Henegan & McRae Cemetery, Red Springs, North Carolina.
Services of love, comfort, compassion, and professionalism have been entrusted to Doby Funeral Home.
